Returns or refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
• Non-delivery of the order
• Incorrect product delivered
• Product received in a damaged condition
To initiate a request, customers must submit a complaint along with clear supporting proof (such as photographs or order details) through the “Support” section on our website or by emailing our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Once the request is reviewed and approved by our team, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 10 working days. Requests submitted after the 48-hour window or without adequate proof may not be considered.
Namrata Grah Udyog reserves the right to review and make the final decision on all return and refund requests.
